Does not apply to custom orders/ordered in products.

Demon XTREME Delivery charges

All delivery prices are calculated based on weight or volume (for air freight). More information can be found on our delivery page. FREE delivery is offered on orders over £75 within Mainland UK ONLY. Free delivery is valued at £10 as this will become chargeable in the event of a valid refund (when items have been shipped) - 100607

Demon XTREME price match
Demon XTREME will match any UK competitor price delivered to the customer all we ask that the stock is current, in stock or imminent delivery, available in the same size or colour and the URL and/or the telephone number of the store with the lower delivered price. Once verified the price will be lowered automatically, should for whatever reason due to verification or such like we cannot price match, your card will NOT be charged, you will be sent an email advising this and requesting whether you still wish to proceed. Customers are advised to ensure they provide the correct URL for verification of price match.

DemonXTREME.com Discounts
Demon XTREME is very confident that are prices are the best around but should you find it cheaper elsewhere (UK Only)in stock of the same size, colour and product we will refund the difference within 7 days of purchase. This is in addition to our price match. Any item offered free as part of a promotion is limited to 1 unit per household any ammendment to this is subject to Demon Xtreme Discretion.

Damages/Warrantees
Normal terms within the Sales Of Goods Acts apply.

Any order received that the customer considers damaged, used (if not so ordered as), Markably different (without being advised) or incomplete MUST be advised to Demon Xtreme within 24hours of receipt (or 1 business day) and no later than 7 days after receipt. The responsibility of contact lies with the customer. Receipt of goods/order shall be the date signed for or for Postal - within 3 days of posting. Notification after 7 days (Sale of goods act 1994 reasonble time) will not be considered.

Addition information

Skates - Ice, Roller, Leisure etc..
All skates are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. The parts which are defected will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Worn items through general use are not covered. Ice Skates once sharpened are considered used.

Clothing, Equipment
All clothing / equipment are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. The parts which are defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Worn items through general use are not covered.

Sticks, Shafts, Blades
Due to the nature of the sport, these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months. An unbreakable stick, shaft and blade would not be allowed within the rules of the various sports. Manufactured defective products have a 30 day limited guarantee.

Should a customer feel that an item did not give a 'fair wear', then Demon XTREME will happily send it to the manufacturer or his agents for further evaluation. This would be at the customers expense. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER.

Payment/return of goods

Full payment of orders from the website must be made before Demon Xtreme will process/dispatch goods. Demon Xtreme will happily refund payment for goods returned within 7 days from receipt provided they are returned unused AND in the original packaging un broken. *Does not apply to special order products (items not usually held in stock) and this excludes cost of shipping and is subject to up to 30% restocking fee unless pre agreed in writing only. Any exchange return for a different size is acceptable but the shipping costs will be bourne by the customer. NO Returns will be accepted without a returns number which will be given, after authorising, by contacting the store beforehand, this number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the packing of any returned item is sufficient to protect the items and the packaging from the usual wear by courier companies.

Re-stocking fee

It is necessary to charge a restocking fee to reflect the fact that DemonXTREME will have to hold an item specially ordered for a customer on their request/order that has been returned, this item will unlikely be resold within a reasonable time frame and therefore we may have discount the item to clear. Whenever possible we do not charge this but High End products or ones of unusally high value usually attract a re-stocking fee of upto 30%, customers will be notified of this. Items with, but not soley limited to a net value of £200 or more are considered to be special order unless otherwise specified.

Images and descriptions are for guide only and do not constitute a contractual part of the sale. Due to the volume of products product prices maybe incorrect, in this event the seller is not bound to sell and the buyer will be notified and given the option to cancel.
