NEW 5x Bigger Store Chelmsford (19/07/2010 @ 12:57:00)

We are pleased to announce that we have agreed terms to move our temporary small chelmsford store at 201Waterhouse Business centre to a store over 5 times larger, very close to the Riverside Ice and leisure Ice Rink. Work will commence from 23rd August and the new store will be open shortly after the beginning of September. The new store will have a shoot/stick testing facilities and also other off ice equipment for customers.

The current store in chelmsford will be open until Mid September to insure no lack of service to our valued customers

Having had many dozens of requests to open a store in Chelmsford and to try and help solve the continued problem the town has with yet another "ex ice hockey player" trying there hand at the difficult task of providing a good quality and professional hockey/skate store, we have acquired premises less than 5 minutes drive to the ice rink and a few minutes walk from the skate park. This NEW better store will have a large stock of ice hockey, Roller Hockey and skateboard and skates. It has plenty of FREE parking right outside the store and will be staffed by our as usual professional and knowledgable staff that can help on all aspects of the products we sell.

Sadly due to the high level of worldwide fraud we will NOT ship or process orders from any country that Dunn & Bradstreet categorise as "risk" for example Indonesia

CREDIT CARD FRAUD checks now in place (01/11/2008 @ 14:12:48)

Demon Xtreme prides itself in card security for customers and the fight to stop fraudulent transactions online.

We have a 20 point check inward to ensure we wont process orders from transactions that are flagged at risk by our systems.

If your transaction is flagged, don't worry we will send a request for further information via email which can only be obtained by the issued card holder. The information will be very easily obtained and will NOT be sensitive (ie it will be of no use to anyone if read).

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and it is checked regularly.

Please note ALL non UK transactions will attract a further information check.

Need Something urgently & saturday delivery? (25/01/2008 @ 13:50:27)

We have now added a delivered by field on the order process, so if it is for a birthday or you must have by... fill in the date. We will try our best to deliver by your deadline and if not we will contact you.

At great request we have also added a saturday delivery service for those orders made later in the week. It is more expensive but you have told us that you would prefer this than wait until monday. If this is unavailable for your item/s you will be contacted. This service is not available for orders placed after 2pm on the friday before, even if the item is in stock. This service can only be processed on items in stock and is primarily used for customers who cannot take delivery at home during the week.
