I have ordered the wrong item; can I exchange it for the right one?
Items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of delivery of the item. Please call or email our store within 14 days to inform us you will return the item. What are your opening hours?
All our opening times can be found on the our store page https://demonxtreme.com/our-store. We may be closed on bank holidays and seasonal holidays, if this is the case a notice will be put on the our store page.
Is it cheaper to order online?
It is sometimes a little cheaper to order online as the cost is so much cheaper for us to send out. However if you come instore our expert staff will give advice and maybe spend a lot of time measuring and advising which item is best for you, guaranteeing a good fit or the correct item that is best for you. This is often why some items are a little more expensive in store than online. However this isn’t actually always the case, we also have end of line items, one in a size or items that are not worth adding to the website so some great bargains can be had like this in our store.
Is there a credit card fee?
We do not charge credit card fees at Demon Xtreme.
Do I pay postage and packing costs if I order online?
Delivery costs are charged and full details of the shipping options and charges can be found on the delivery page https://demonxtreme.com/delivery.
Orders over £75 to UK mainland addresses do qualify for our Free Shipping option although DPD Local Courier is a faster delivery service.
When will I receive my online order?
If the items(s) you ordered are in stock then your order will be dispatched within 1 working day, delivery times will depend on your chosen delivery method which can be found on our delivery page https://demonxtreme.com/delivery.
For items that are out of stock or special order there will be a delay in dispatching, if this is a case you will get an email with an estimated delivery date once your order is checked by a member of the DX ordering team.

I’m interested in playing Ice Hockey; can I join your team?
