Return Policy and Procedure

If you feel that you need to return your item and it follows the terms and conditions for payment/return of goods (sections that apply from the terms and conditions are displayed bellow) then we will happy to help you. If you are unsure you qualify for a return or you want to know the standing of the warranty for an item please call our internet team on 0844 656 6666 - option 1 and they will answer your questions the best they can, because of the warranty varying from products and brand we are unable to show them on our website.

To return a product please print off, fill in and send the form to our returns department shown on the form with the product you wish to return, when the item arrives with Demon Xtreme then we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange. Please ensure that you fill in all areas in the form so that we can contact you as quick and easy as possible, any missing details will delay your order.

Correctly Packaging for return - Important

You must ensure that the item is repackaged inside another box or wrapping for protection. NEVER attached stickers or labels to the products own packaging.

Ensure that the goods and the goods original packaging  is protected from the vigour’s of carriage. Couriers and the post service take little notice of signs like fragile or take care of the boxes like you or we would.

Remember, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back with us in a re-saleable condition that will include the manufacturers box/packaging for the goods. We may be at liberty not to refund your return if you fail to meet these rules.

Payment/return of goods

Full payment of orders from the website must be made before Demon Xtreme will process/dispatch goods. Demon Xtreme will happily refund payment for goods notified within 14 days from receipt. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of order from customer provided they are returned unused AND in the original packaging unbroken. *Does not apply to special order products (items not usually held in stock) and this excludes cost of shipping and is subject to a restocking fee unless pre agreed in writing only. Any exchange return for a different size is acceptable but the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. NO Returns will be accepted without a returns number which will be given, after authorising, by contacting the store beforehand, this number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the packing of any returned item is sufficient to protect the items and the packaging from the usual wear by courier companies.

Order cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order do not go via paypal, if you do this will result in a chargeback charge and we will pass this onto you (deduct from your refund). Please contact us by email/text/chat or on Facebook and we will happily resolve any issues have more quickly.

Any chargebacks now we will deduct the charge from the refund.

Re-stocking Fee

It is necessary to charge a restocking fee to reflect the fact that Demon Xtreme will have to hold an item specially ordered for a customer on their request/order that has been returned, this item will unlikely be resold within a reasonable time frame and therefore we may have discount the item to clear. Whenever possible we do not charge this but High End products or ones of unusually high value usually attract a re-stocking fee, customers will be notified of this. Items with, but not solely limited to a net value of £200 or more are considered to be special order unless otherwise specified.


No terms herein effect your statutory rights.

Any order received that the customer considers damaged, used (if not so ordered as), Markably different (without being advised) or incomplete MUST be advised to Demon Xtreme within 24hours of receipt (or 1 business day) and no later than 7 days after receipt. The responsibility of contact lies with the customer. Receipt of goods/order shall be the date signed for or for Postal - within 3 working days of posting. Notification after 7 days (Sale of goods act 1994 reasonable time) will not be considered. Items offered with a paid wrapping service will alter this date to effective date of occasion.
