Postage and packaging charges are worked out on item/s total weight or size, delivery address and speed of service required.

If you make two or more orders going to the same place before order dispatched will try to batch orders, we will refund extra shipping charges if made (note your automated email may show a second charge though). Help us by adding a note you would like this on your subsequent orders

Our systems need to know what you wish to order and where it is going to work out your delivery charges and options.

NOTE: not selecting county from drop down (UK) or correct country will result in incorrect shipping calculation - this will delay your order. If you believe you have been overcharged on shipping please call 0845 656 6666 option 1 and one of our internet team can sort it out for you.

How quickly you receive your order depends on a number of factors

    1. In stock in Demon Xtreme stores/warehouses
    2. In stock UK distributors
    3. Item/s ordered (some distributors are slower than others)
    4. Ordered correctly (colour/size and other information provided)
    5. Payment cleared
    6. Delivery address
    7. Delivery method Chosen

If you complete your order and there is a problem with either payment #5 or selection on your order #4 above we will attempt to contact you via email and telephone immediately to resolve.

If the item is in our warehouse then it will dispatched by your chosen method the next working day.

If it is not in our warehouse but readily available from suppliers, it will then be ordered from UK distributors (our usual order day is Tuesday) and in over 95% of cases should be with you within 5 working days (subject delivery method chosen).

Once the item/s are ready for the dispatch it is packaged and shipped by your chosen method to the delivery address specified.

International Customers are reminded that they are responsible for duties/taxes in their region, which will be charged separately by your own government and also that local customs in certain countries can delay delivery.

Q - When will I know when the item/s are ready for dispatch and when they have been dispatched?

A - When your item/s have been dispatched by your chosen method you will receive a "dispatched" email stating this and also this will have other information such as tracking information and confirmation of your order. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAILBOX. (Please put emails from demonxtreme.com on your safe list - you can change this at any time)

Q - My Order is urgent for a birthday or special occasion; will I get my items in time?

A - This box can be found at order step 4 - "Urgent Delivery? Enter Date here (Courier delivery only, Delivery for that date is not guaranteed)" - we will contact you if additional charges apply or we cannot make the specified date.

Q - I'm in the UK and PayPal is overcharging me on postage?

A - This may be because the address you have given is incomplete, Make sure you have all the delivery address fields selected including any optional fields because they may affect the cost and availability of postage options.
