Christmas Returns

For all orders placed on our website or in store in December up until Christmas Day we'll be giving until the 14th of January 2022 to return your gifts for an exchange, refund or credit note. Please note, our returns policy still applies for Exceptions / non-returnable items.

Deliveries

We've experienced a huge increase in orders after Christmas and we're short staffed so we're working hard to get everyone's orders ready for dispatch. We're experiencing delays in collections and deliveries so orders placed may be dispatched or arrive after new year.
