To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return is easy - simply contact us using the form below and let us know what's going on. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package back to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns that haven't been requested beforehand.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons.
These items include gift cards and those that have been used or customised. This includes but is not limited to ice skates that have been sharpened, skateboard decks with applied grip tape, certain protective gear like helmets and pelvic/jock protection, as well as custom-made or specially ordered items. We want to ensure that you receive products that are in pristine condition and meet our high standards, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we cannot dispatch the new item until we have received the original item back. For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item to us separately. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original purchase.
Alternatively, you can also exchange the item in-store if you prefer.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you a notification to let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is approved, we will process the refund automatically using your original payment method. However, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
