Product Description
Introducing the Beginner Hockey Kit Builder, which is perfect for beginner players who are buying their first set of equipment. This kit includes everything you need to confidently hit the ice. You can simply input your measurements and desired equipment pieces, and our team of experts will help you find the ideal size for each item.
If you're unsure about what equipment you need, we've provided a helpful guide on what we recommend purchasing first, as well as what can be rented later if that's an option.
The Required Kit includes items that you definitely need and don't want to borrow, including ice skates and jock/pelvic protection. We always recommend that you buy your own pair of skates and prioritize jock/pelvic protection as your first choice when purchasing equipment. If you plan on joining our Bunker Boys adult training program, these are the only items that you cannot hire.
The Essential Kit includes items that are essential but can be hired, such as a stick, gloves, elbow pads, knee and shin guards, shoulder pads, shorts, and a helmet (with a visor or cage). These items are all necessary for playing, and we suggest starting with gloves and a stick so that you can also practice outside of training sessions.
