Product Description
The Chaya Pearl derby boot is the result of over 3 years of research, testing and perfecting the design. The Chaya brand looks set to be a game changer for Roller Derby and the Pearl features some truly innovative, high spec technology.
The shell of the Pearl boot is constructed using Basalt composite which is 15% stronger and stiffer than Fiberglass and at the same time more environmentally friendly. This is then reinforced with Kevlar reinforcements. The shell is also fully heat mouldable shell using a Super Heat Mouldable Resin (SHMR) so you can be sure that with these you can have a comfortable custom fit.
The inner lining is made using a soft touch Microfiber material and makes use of high density EVA and Poron foam for that added level of comfort while the boot also features extra heel lock so you can be sure your foot stays in place where it is meant to.
The boot itself is super lightweight with a size 42 boot weighing in at only 318g which is only marginally heavier than the top end Diamond boot.

Sizing
Chaya is a european company and measure thier skates in EU sizes, please use the EU size for an accurate sizing.
As the UK sizing guide is incorrect on the packaging, we have added our own estimated UK size based on the EU size.
UK sizing may be printed differently on the box/skates but the EU size will be correct.
