Product Description
With Ice Hockey Training Weights you can improve your skating power in less time it would take from regular skating. These weights have been through extensive testing and have been proven to improve speed, balance and endurance.
The weights come as a pouch with 3 pockets that can fit up to 3 weights so you can adjust how much you need as you improve. The weights are attached with velcro straps around the skate and on most skates fit under the footbed between blade, this makes for a perfect balance on weight.
