Can I Return My Order?
You can return your order for any reason provided:
- You are requesting the refund within 14 days of delivery
- Your Items are made to order or customised
- The item is not used
Additional items that are considered customised on purchase:
- Skates that have been sharpened
- Skateboard Decks that have been gripped
- Custom assembled skateboards & skates before dispatch
Once your order is back with us we will check over the item and then either refund, credit or exchange your order depending on what you request.
Fill in the form bellow and we’ll send you your returns number and the return address to send your item(s) back to us.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds for orders you haven’t received will be handled within 24 hours so long as the item hasn’t been dispatched by us or from the manufacturer for made to order or customised products.
Credit & Debit card refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed by the banks and arrive back into your account.
For UK returns your original postage costs will be refunded up to the price of our standard delivery service.
Warrantees & Repairs
For UK warranty or repairs request please contact us by email with the description and images of the fault.
We will try first advise on ways to fix the issue without returning the item where possible.
Once we have them we may have to contact the manufacturer of the item to handle the warrantee.
This can sometimes take up to 6 weeks but we aim to solve any issues as soon as possible.
If the item needs to be returned to us we will provide a postage label to send the item back to us.
Items returned without our postage label will not have the postage cost refunded and may result in extra costs to send the item back to yourself.
For many of our brands and products they are not covered under warranty outside the UK.

We strongly advise against charging back orders through your bank or PayPal as this will delay the return process.
