Products can be returned within a 14 day period provided it doesn't conflict with items that cannot be returned as seen below
Fill in the form bellow and we’ll send you your returns number and the return address to send your item(s) back to us.
Postage costs will not be refunded and for additional postage costs for exchanges will be charged.
For warranty request please include an image of the faulty product so we can send to the manufacturer and process your warranty without delay.
We may require the product to be returned to repair, replace or take a closer look at the product. The cost of postage will be refunded if a fault is found.
We will only cover manufacture faults, faults caused by general wear and tear or incorrect use of the product.
What cant be returned
These products do not qualify to a 14 day cooling off period for returns. This does not apply to returns for warranty issues.

Refunds & Charge Backs
Refunds for orders you haven’t received will be handled within 24 hours so long as the item hasn’t been dispatched by us or from the manufacturer for special orders.
Credit & Debit card refunds may have a 1 to 5 day delay to be processed by the banks.
Postage charges will be deducted from the refund unless it is a warranty case. Free postage is valued at £4.49 for small items and £10 for large items.
we strongly advise against charging back orders through your bank or PayPal as this will delay the return process. If you feel you need to charge back your order please contact us using the form below, call us on 01206 576667 or use our online chat first as this will be a faster process.
